Buildsimple collaborates with AWS

Buildsimple, a provider of an AI-based cloud platform for intelligent document processing, announced that it will be a launch partner for the AWS European Sovereign Cloud. This is a new, independent cloud for Europe, which is to be introduced in the federal state of Brandenburg in Germany by the end of 2025.

This enables European companies and public institutions in highly regulated industries to meet the strict requirements for operational autonomy and data sovereignty within the European Union (EU).

The AWS European Sovereign Cloud is a fully equipped, independently operated sovereign cloud. The AWS European Sovereign Cloud infrastructure is planned entirely within the EU and will be operated independently of existing regions. Day-to-day operations will be performed exclusively by EU-based AWS employees . This includes access to the data centers as well as technical support and customer service for the AWS European Sovereign Cloud. As with existing AWS regions , customers have control and the assurance that AWS will not access or use customer data for any other purpose without their consent. They benefit from the most stringent sovereignty controls among leading cloud providers.
