The Buildsimple platform continues to grow! Pipelines is the name of the new feature that enables users to save additional time.

For each pipeline step, you define which AI models are to be used. If your pipeline contains a classification, you can configure the pipeline so that the document is processed directly by an AI solution you have defined for specialist data extraction , depending on the class determined .You can then retrieve the result of the pipeline.

Pipeline designer and document dashboard

You can easily create pipeline definitions directly in the Buildsimple platform using our Pipeline Designer. You can then activate a pipeline in one of your profiles and upload documents to the platform.

The new document dashboard shows you the status of your documents within the individual pipelines. The document and the processing results can be viewed in a preview for analysis.

Human-in-the-loop: Integration of a manual follow-up check

You can use technical rules to define when a document or the processing result within a pipeline should be checked in a manual follow-up check.

The rules can refer to recognized field values, to the confidences of a field or to the overall result of the processing.

Standardized API

As the Pipeline API enables uniform access across all services, the integration effort is reduced. In addition to the metadata as a JSON file, you can of course also download the enriched, searchable document or, if necessary, the partial documents and use them in your own system.

The Pipeline API offers secure authorization with OAuth 2.0.
