Our scanning service includes the following services:
Collection
We collect your files to be scanned from you using our own company vehicles (GPS tracking) and sealable transport boxes.
Alternatively, you can also commission a forwarding agent or send the files by post
Recording of physical documents
Upon receipt at our premises, we index the physical documents.
RESISCAN in PDF/A file format (ISO standard for long-term archiving)
We scan your documents in accordance with BSI TR-03138 and compress the files without any loss of quality. Titles and certificates can be digitized gently while preserving the binding.
OCR full text indexing
During the scanning process, texts are made readable so that the documents can later be searched with full text.
Quality control
Following the scanning process, the digital copies are checked by our trained staff and sorted after approval.
Provision
We provide you with searchable, compressed and encrypted documents in your Buildsimple portal
Return delivery or destruction
At your request, we will return the originals to you or destroy them - thanks to audit-proof scanning - after an agreed retention period in accordance with DIN 66399 and protection class 3.
