Swetlana Dickmann

In the Sales Back Office at Buildsimple, Swetlana Dickmann ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. With her organisational talent, many years of experience and a keen eye for detail, she supports the sales team in its day-to-day business and lays the foundation for seamless processes.

Swetlana has been part of the Buildsimple team since April 2024. Her responsibilities include preparing quotations and contracts, organising appointments and preparing invoices. She also takes care of preparing service invoices and maintaining all master data. This allows her to relieve the sales team of work and ensures that her colleagues can focus on working with customers.

Before joining Buildsimple, Swetlana worked in the construction industry for many years, particularly in scaffolding. As a trained office administrator, she took on numerous organisational and commercial tasks there that are still part of her everyday work today. She brings her experience from that time to Buildsimple, combining proven processes with the requirements of a modern technology company.

In her private life, Swetlana loves to stay active. Sport is an integral part of her daily routine, with running in particular being her passion and a welcome balance to her professional life. Most important to her, however, is spending time with her two children, her family and good friends. This is where she recharges her batteries and enjoys moments away from everyday work.
