30, 40 or 50 days of vacation
30 vacation days are our standard. If you want more time for family, travel or personal projects, you can extend your vacation plan to 40 or 50 days. You decide anew each year and adjust your salary accordingly.
IT devices
Through the ISR employee PC program, you can order high-quality PCs, notebooks, tablets and smartphones for yourself or your family. The term is 24 months, and the monthly installments are deducted from your gross salary through salary conversion.
Childcare allowance
For one or more children who are not yet of compulsory school age, you receive a monthly allowance toward childcare costs. The amount depends on whether you work full-time or part-time.
JobRad leasing
Through JobRad, you can use the bike or e-bike of your choice for 36 months. The payment is deducted from your gross salary, which may result in a tax advantage. Afterwards, you can take over the bike or return it free of charge.
Health
Active breaks, short talks, workshops, and sports and cooking classes support you in the areas of exercise, nutrition and stress management. You choose what suits you and your everyday life.
Company pension plan
We subsidize your converted contribution to the company pension plan by 25 percent. The amount is paid from your gross salary free of tax and social security contributions. We are happy to review an existing contract with you individually.

Buildsimple is part of ISR Information Products AG. Open positions and the formal application process are therefore handled through ISR, even if the role is professionally based in the Buildsimple environment.
If your documents are a good fit for us and the advertised position, we would like to get to know you in person. As a first step, we will invite you to a video call via Microsoft Teams. We will usually contact you by phone within a week to arrange a suitable appointment together.
If it is a good fit for both sides, we move on to the next round: During an in-person meeting, we get to know each other even better and also go into greater professional depth. Afterwards, we will once again openly exchange our impressions. If everything is a good fit, we look forward to welcoming you to Buildsimple as a new team member soon.
Of course, it can also happen that a position and an applicant are not an ideal match. In that case, we will check whether another open position with us might be of interest. If not, we will let you know as soon as possible—usually within a week. Because it is important to us that you always know where you stand.
The place of work and home office arrangement depend on the position, team and organisational framework. The applicable arrangement will be stated directly in the job advertisement.
