At Buildsimple, Jürgen builds partnerships in a way that creates a scalable ecosystem with real customer impact from technology, sales access and execution capabilities. He is responsible for further developing collaboration with embedded partners, system integrators and consultancies, thereby laying the foundation for Buildsimple to be effectively deployed in more projects, industries and target architectures.
His perspective is shaped by more than 30 years of experience in consulting and sales of complex software products. Particularly in regulated markets, Jürgen has learned what truly matters in partnerships: reliability, clear roles, robust quality and the ability to jointly bring solutions into production. He has built this experience over many years in new customer acquisition, key account responsibility and the development of long-term customer relationships.
Most recently, he focused intensively on Customer Communication Management (CCM) and Customer Experience (CMX). During this period, he drove the expansion of the SaaS business in the DACH region, supported the migration of existing customers from on-premise to SaaS models and simultaneously developed a regional partner network of technology partners, system integrators and consultancies. This has given him a clear understanding of how partnerships can be built strategically and made effective operationally.
For Buildsimple, this means a partner ecosystem that supports growth while ensuring quality. Jürgen works to further develop partner relationships in a way that creates value for all parties – for partners, customers and Buildsimple. The result is additional sales and implementation capacity, clearer joint go-to-market approaches and greater execution power in implementing document-based processes.
His approach is designed for the long term: as an ultramarathon runner, Jürgen knows that sustainable growth requires endurance, discipline and clear direction – precisely what he brings to the continued development of Buildsimple's partner ecosystem.
